Wiping the sweat and dust off of her brow, Amy sighed as she finished tossing square bales of hay and straw from the loft to the stable isle. She walked over to the lost's tall ladder and started down. She went about cleaning stalls and feeding horses along with the three stable hands she had with her at the moment. Jill, Molly, and Eric were her morning workers and they worked on from 3 in the morning until 2 in the afternoon. She had two others that helped her afterwards, but these were her main deal. They helped her foal most of the horses on this very farm and helped her train each and every one. Today, she was working on finishing a couple of horses for the stables she supplied. She had a pair of mares for a driving team she was readying and a stallion that was almost finished being saddle trained. She was first going to turn out some of the horses and have some horses saddled for her hands to ride out and check the perimeter. For some reason, some of the horses kept getting out and appearing in paddocks and pastures in which they didn't belong. She saddled up two mares and two stallions, one of the stallions was her beloved Nektosha. She raised him from a new born colt to the nicely rounded stallion he was today. After she finished what needed to be done close to the house and barn, Amy mounted up on Nektosha and headed out with her hands to check the perimeter. Little did she know what trouble lay ahead them.
